Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Compost accessories that have been opened or used
  • Personalized or custom-made garden stakes and decorative items
  • Any products that have been installed or assembled (such as greenhouse kits or fences)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return your garden products:

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service

Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the following information:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please do not send items back without an RMA number.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, include all accessories and documentation, and affix the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days after arrival), we’ll notify you about the status of your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product (like getting bird baths instead of hanging planters), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
