- Available on orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
- Great for budget-conscious gardeners who can wait a bit longer
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). International customers should note:
- Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient
- Delivery times may vary based on destination country customs processing
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your eco-friendly gardening purchases. If you’re not satisfied with your bird feeders, compost bins, or other garden supplies, we offer a simple return process.
Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used compost accessories
- Personalized or custom-made garden stakes and decorative items
- Installed or assembled products (greenhouse kits, fences, etc.)
Simple 4-Step Return Process
Step 1: Contact Customer Service

- Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Number]”
- Product name and reason for return
- Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days. Do not send items without an RMA number.
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) with all original accessories and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside and ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return
We’ll inspect your return within 5 business days of receipt and notify you about your refund or exchange status.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement after receiving your return
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged items or wrong products (like bird baths instead of hanging planters), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
